物わかりのいいエリートどうしでのおつきあい
住居も自分のプライベートを確保できるいいところに住んでいて、
日常的な接点をコントロールできる生活しかイメージしていない

でも、庶民にとっての多文化主義は、
自分たちの日常空間に異文化が入り込んでくることを意味する。
薄い壁一枚のむこうがわに、
生活や考え方が違い、
そのことに気づきもしない、変える気もない、
そういう人が入り込んでくる
そして、自分の仕事が脅かされる
